1. 协议范围1. Scope
本条款适用于您使用厦门云科技有限公司（以下简称“厦门云”）提供的全部云计算产品及相关服务。These terms govern your use of all cloud products and related services provided by Xiamen Cloud Technologies Ltd. ("Xiamen Cloud").
2. 账户与使用2. Accounts & use
您应提供真实、准确的注册信息，并对账户下的全部行为负责。You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for all activity under your account.
您不得利用厦门云服务从事违反中华人民共和国法律法规的活动。You may not use our services for any activity that violates the laws of the People's Republic of China.
3. 费用与结算3. Fees & billing
服务费用以购买时的价格及订单为准，逾期未续费的资源可能被停止或释放。Fees follow the price and order at the time of purchase. Resources not renewed on time may be suspended or released.
4. 服务保障4. Service levels
厦门云按照《服务等级协议》提供服务可用性保障及相应赔偿。Availability commitments and service credits are set out in our Service Level Agreement.
5. 数据与安全5. Data & security
您对存储在云端的数据拥有所有权，厦门云不会未经授权访问您的数据。建议您定期自行备份重要数据。You own your data. Xiamen Cloud will not access it without authorisation. We recommend you back up important data regularly.
6. 责任限制6. Limitation of liability
因不可抗力、第三方原因或您自身原因导致的损失，厦门云在法律允许范围内不承担责任。To the extent permitted by law, Xiamen Cloud is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third parties or your own actions.
7. 法律适用7. Governing law
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律，争议提交厦门市有管辖权的人民法院解决。These terms are governed by PRC law; disputes are submitted to the competent court in Xiamen.
