营业执照、负责人身份证、域名证书等。Business licence, ID of the responsible person, domain certificate, etc.
提交初审Submit for review
通过厦门云提交备案信息，1-2个工作日完成初审。Submit through Xiamen Cloud; initial review in 1–2 business days.
管局审核Authority review
初审通过后提交至通信管理局审核。Then forwarded to the Communications Administration.
备案成功Filing approved
获得ICP备案号，网站可正式上线。Receive your ICP number and go live.

什么网站需要备案？Which websites need ICP filing?
使用中国大陆服务器对外提供服务的网站均需进行ICP备案。Any website served from mainland China servers must complete ICP filing.
备案需要多长时间？How long does filing take?
通常为10-20个工作日，具体以各省管局审核进度为准。Usually 10–20 business days depending on the provincial authority.
备案收费吗？Is there a fee?
厦门云为云服务器客户免费提供备案服务。ICP filing assistance is free for Xiamen Cloud server customers.
香港/海外服务器需要备案吗？Do Hong Kong or overseas servers need filing?
不需要，使用中国大陆以外的服务器无需ICP备案。No — servers outside mainland China do not require ICP filing.
